Test Server: Physical Synergy and Elemental Bomber Balance (Update: May 19th)

    • The ability to decrease enemy physical defense has been added to Sanguinem absorption skills and `Hyped State` buff value has been adjusted.
    Dead Hands
    • Basic Attacks X-axis Attack Range has been increased.
    Lilroi
    • MP Consumption has been decreased.
    Hellberus
    • Gnaw time has been increased.
    • MP Consumption has been decreased.
    Torment
    • Skill Process Time has been decreased.
    Soul Steal
    • Blood Pillars will no longer move towards the center.
    Corruption
    • Post-Delay Invincibility Time has been increased.
    Tepes
    • Pre-Dleay until activation has been decreased.
    Rumble Dog
    • Skill Process Time has been adjusted.
    • MP Consumption has been decreased.
    Marauder
    • Jump Speed and Wing Spread Speed has been increased.
    Sanguis Verus
    • The ability to recover HP has been added when Sanguinem aborsption skills are used while Sanguinem is full.
    Phantom Veil
    • Materialization Speed has been decreased.
    • Every enemies hit by the skill will be put to 'Hold`.
    • MP Consumption has been decreased.
    Fatality
    • Skill Key must be pressed down to gather enemies, otherwise Stab motion will activate straight away.
    Blood Stream
    • Pre-Delay until activation has been decreased.
    Impact Combination
    • Physical/Magical Critical Damage Debuff enemies for a period of time after activating Impact Combination.
      • Previous Skill Damage effect has been removed.
      • Activation method is same as before.
      • 30% at Level 1 and increases by 1% per Level
      • Party Member effect is set to 20%
      • This effect doesn't stack (Higher value will be applied).
    • Shoulder Tackle and Pierce Attack Damage has been adjusted due to Impact Combination Pre-Existing Effect.
      • Shoulder Tackle: Attack Damage has been decreased by 17%.
      • Pierce: Attack Damage has been decreased by 17% and Attack Range has been expanded to target Down enemies.
    Black Tornado
    • Additional Damage against stuck enemies has been removed.
    • Smash and Swing Attack Damage has been increased by 10%
    Focused Fury
    • Enemy thrown distance has been decreased.
    Technique: Storm Driver
    • Skill has been fixed to ignore enemies with Invincibility.
    Relentless Biting Wind
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 5%.
    Spiral Press
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 5%.
    • Super Armor has been added during activation.
    • Explosion Range from not touching any enemies has been set to 70% of the original Explosion Range.
    Violent Storm
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 5%.
    Sweeping Wind
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 6%.
    Full Throttle
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 6%.
    • Character will look towards the direction he came from.
    Storm Quaker
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 8%.
    • The ability to maintain the storm at its final location has been added.
    • The ability to maintain the storm at its starting location has been removed.
    Headwind
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 9%.
    • Z-axis Attack Range has been increased to target airborne enemies.
    • Only supine enemies to their feet if they're under a certain height.
    Eye of the Storm
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 9%
    Vortex Hurricane
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 10%
    Stormy Eliminator
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 12%
    • Skill Process has been changed for the character to be on the ground during the finishing phase.
    • Attack Range has been adjusted to target all enemies on screen before the storm phase.
    • The ability to decrease Multi-Hit Time by mashing Attack or Skill Key has been added.
    • Post-Delay has been decreased by 50%
    Sonic Move
    • Character will look towards the direction he came from.
    • Sonic Move can be used to cancel out of other skills and move forward or backward.
    • Cooltime Icon has been added above the Character's head.
    Spiraling Gale Pole Mastery
    • Cooltime reduction will no longer apply to Vortex Hurricane and Stormy Eliminator.
    Windiness
    • The ability to increase Party Member's Skill Damage has been added.
    • Casting Windiness will also apply the buff to Party Members, but at a smaller ratio of Skill Damage.
    Wind Blaster
    • Attack Damage deviation due to range has been adjusted.
    Shadow Decoy
    • Cooltime has been decreased from 15 to 12 seconds.
    Shadow Dancing
    • Clear Cube Fragments Consumption has been removed.
    • Cooltime has been adjusted to 5 seconds.
    Killing Shadow
    • Cooltime has been increased from 120 to 145 seconds.
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 21%.
    Shadow Sting
    • Attack Range has been expanded to target Down enemies.
    Deadly Dance
    • Attack Range has been expanded to target Down enemies.
    Veiled Attack
    • Skill Damage increment per Stack has been removed.
    • Physical/Magical Critical Damage Debuff enemies for a period of time after successfully landing a Back Attack.
    • Physical/Magical Critical Damage increment ratio is different between the Character and other Party Members.

    Elemental Bombardment
    • Cooltime Reduction effect has been changed to Real-Time.
    • Cooltime reduction will no longer apply to Elemental Burst and Armageddon Strike.
    Dark Zone
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 17%.
    Crystal Storm
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 13%.
    Flame Circle
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 10%.
    Lightning Wall
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 36%.
    Darkness Mantle
    • Enemies in the globe will be put to `Hold`.
    Elemental Rain
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 9%.
    Elemental Burst
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 23%.
    • Explosion Y-axis Attack Range has been increased.
    Concentrated Force
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 14%.
    Elemental Field
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 13%.
    Convergence Cannon
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 19%.
    Armageddon Strike
    • Attack Damage has been increased by 32%.

    It's not listed in the original notes but Sanguinem shreds 20% Physical Defense, Windiness gives the party 20% Attack, and Veiled Attack gives the party 20% Crit Damage. These are set to 20% regardless of skill level.

    Edit: It's obvious Neople has no clue on EB's problems. Here's how to fix EB: Normalize damage spread on Elemental Rain (so moving half a step out of the ideal spot doesn't make us lose millions of damage), give more -all ele resist on Elemental Field (party play), increase the size of Flame Circle (large enough so it can hit things in Darkness Mantle), speed up 1A and 2A animations, rework Concentrated Force, make Elemental Shift meaningful instead of changing the element of Rapid Fire, Elemental Strike, Elemental Cannon, and Concentrated Force (maybe give us back the 81 all elemental damage we lost).

    for mgrap's impact combination change; is that crit damage or crit chance? I know crit damage is listed but I'm just making sure it's not a typo because I've never seen another skill in the game that behaves the same way. big buff for mgrap if it's as listed. what does the debuff indicator even look like?

    and holy fuck that storm driver fix is long overdue

    It's an existing stat. Post-rework Male spitfire's flashbang gets crit chance and crit damage shred on it.

    Few ideas I had for EB was make Flame Shield a part of EB's toolkit, rework it or somehow fuse it with Flame Circle. That or change Elemental Field in giving us a passive aura that reduces all ele resistance, but only a slight amount. the rest is obtained by casing the skill.

    Nice changes, it's not going to make them Fnen/DT levels of busted but it's nice to see them giving us a reason to take overlooked classes into parties.
