    Mountainous Wheel
    • Damage Type can be changed to Independent Damage after Vim and Vigor is acquired.
    Gore Cross
    • Damage Type can be changed to Independent Damage after Vim and Vigor is acquired.
    Vim and Vigor
    • New feature has been added for Post-Subclass Skills, Mountainous Wheel and Gore Cross to cause Bleeding to enemies.
    Frenzy
    • Skill has been changed to ON/OFF Skill.
      • Frenzy will be activated automatically at the beginning of the dungeon if Frenzy is turned ON.
    • Frenzy will not deactivate when the player's HP drops to 1.
    • Damage bonus from cancelling Basic Attack has been removed.
    • Following Attacks will change to Independent Damage when Frenzy is activated.

    Bloody Cross
    • Skill Damage bonus will now apply at all times.
      • Skill Damage bonus from phase has been removed.

    • Attacking Speed and Moving Speed bonus has been added.
      • Phase will only increase Attacking Speed, Moving Speed and Evasion.
    Diehard
    • Master Level has been changed from 20 to 10.
    • Maximum Level has been changed from 30 to 20.
    • Skill Value has been adjusted.
    • HP Recovery value has been changed to percentage.
    Diehard Upgrade
    • Strength bonus has been removed.
    Bloodlust
    • Damage has been increased by 17%.
    • Strength bonus has been removed.
    Bloodlust Upgrade
    • Strength bonus has been removed.
    Derange
    • Master Level has been changed from 20 to 10.
    • Maximum Level has been changed from 30 to 20.
    • Skill Value has been adjusted.
    • Strength bonus has been decreased.
    • Skill Damage bonus has been increased.
    • Strength bonus from taking hit has been removed.
    • Defense reduction has been decreased from 20% to 10%.
    Raging Fury
    • Damage has been increased by 38%.
    • Post-Delay has been decreased by 30%.
    • Amount of hit has been set to 8 regardless of the center of the circle.
    • If the shockwave land against downed enemies, the downtime will be increased.
    Thirst
    • Master Level has been changed from 20 to 10.
    • Maximum Level has been changed from 30 to 20.
    • Skill Value has been adjusted.
    Bloody Twister
    • Damage has been increased by 22%.
    • SP Cost has been decreased from 50 to 40.
    • Change in damage output due to the amount of enemies grabbed has been removed.
      • Always do maximum damage output from now on.
    • Finisher Distance has been changed.
    • Hold will be applied if the Finisher lands successfully.
    Blood Sword
    • Damage has been increased by 7%.
    • Explosion Range bonus from Bloody Cross Phase has been removed.
      • Default Explosion Range has been increased.
    • Multi-Hit Process from Thrust has been removed.
    • Sword Disappearance effect has been added for when the sword explodes.
    Outrage Break
    • Damage has been increased by 12%.
    • Downward Strike and Debris Attack Range has been changed to be the same as each other.
    Extreme Overkill
    • Activation Time after slamming the sword and before the explosion has been decreased by 50%.
    Blood Memory
    • Stack has been decreased from 3 to 1.
    • Skill Value has been adjusted.
    Blood Ruin
    • Damage has been increased by 33%.
    Burst Fury
    • Damage has been increased by 17%.
    Blood Boom
    • Damage has been increased by 23%.
    • Y-axis Attack Range has been increased by 50%.
    Blood Incarnate
    • Skill Damage bonus per Bleeding enemies has been removed.
    • Skill Damage bonus has been added. (34% at Level 10)

    • Blood Absorption will now damage enemies.

    • Custom UI has been added to check remaining summon time.
    Fury Strike
    • Finisher (Body) Attack Range has been increased by 19%.

    • Overall Skill Speed has been increased.
      • Overall Damage has been adjusted and Damage reduction tooltip from Level 6/9 Bonus has been removed.
      • Large Ice Ring Multi-Hit count has been added.
    • Small Ice Ring Hitcount has been decreased from 10 to 5.
    • Default Number of Ice Ring has been decreased to 5.
      • Level 3 Bonus will increase the Number of Ice Ring to 7.
      • Number of Ice Ring will no longer increase past Level 3 Bonus.
    • Large Ice Ring Multi-Hit Interval reduction from Level 9 bonus has been set to 0.05 seconds.
    • Level 9 bonus also increases Large Ice Ring's Maximum Multi-Hit count.
    • Skill Level, Damage, and Elemental Damage information has been changed to Real-Time.

    Again, why did they get rid of damage increase from bleeding enemies if they are just going to give us bleed on everything :V

    Oh, can someone on the live server explain what the Heaven's Halberd does now that Demonic Control doesn't give Aspd on HP reduction? Does it just boost the Aspd bonus from Impact Smash?

    GMs also lost ~200 water damage for that 40-50% skill attack. While it's an overall buff, it's not THAT much. But yeah, Skirmishers probably needed a bit more maybe.

    It is a lot more. It scales harder since water damage is an additional stat that gets diluted if you get too much of it. Although it is a lot lost if you were using say Fiend Venator c:
