Besides maxing all cubes obviously, what else do I level?
Someone else chime in but after maxing your cubes/passives, you can choose to max(or close to max) two filler skills. Filler skills being knee kick, fling, air steiner, snapshot, and break down. You also have the option to level snapshot to 10 for the tp if you prefer that too.
Personally I took the snapshot tp, maxed knee kick, and dumped the rest into fling.
For a contract build, your options for filler are pretty much limited to Low Fling and Knee Kick. This is especially so if you decide to put 10 points into Snap Shot for the TP. Knee Kick is really efficient because the TP is so damn cheap for what it does.
However, it's still mostly preferential and most people don't want to drop Break Down. I personally think Break Down is super inefficient for contract builds.
I guess I'm going with breakdown and fling. Do I max the 70 EX?
Focused Fury is excellent.
Do I max Air Steiner for contract build?
Air Steiner is really underwhelming for the SP and it's our only skill that's entirely fixed damage.
