I really enjoy his blog and decided to translate his review on two very popular ranger weapons.
I also apologize in advance if translation is misleading or wrong which can cause confusion when reading.
Let me know if you find a mistake that went unnoticed.
(Don't mind the bad text; I'll fix them later)

Also note that this is after Epic change.

    PART ONE

    1. Comparison with Weapon Only
    [IMG]

    Silver Bullet:
    -35 Light Damage
    -Inflict Light Damage
    -2% Physical Critical Hit
    -Unlimited Silver Bullets
-Removed extra Magic Attack against Undead, Demon and Spirit type foes
-18% Extra damage against Undead, Demon and Spirit type foes

    Lord of Ranger:
    -12% Physical Critical Hit
-5% Damage increase per empty skill slot (max of 60%)

    -Silver Bullet amount: 25
    -Extra Magic Attack: 853%
-Extra Magic Attack against Undead, Demon and Spirit type foes: 214% (This should be removed with Silver Bullet equipped)

    First Test Criterias:
    -Every equipment off except weapon
-Avatar and Critical Damage creature equipped
-Get 100% Critical Rate with doping
    -Stylish buff on
-Compared mostly with Scud Genocide, Wild Shot, Fast Draw and Multi-Headshot
-Used Alicia Flask (Inflict Light Damage) for Lord of Ranger

Conclusion: With these criterias, Lord of Ranger takes the lead. However, skills such as Scud Genocide that uses great amount of bullets is more beneficial with Silver Bullet.

    2. Comparison with Settings

Test will be taken against True Ghost Train boss: Floo to get the most out of Silver Bullet.

Two difference tests will be held:
-Silver Bullet and Stylish will be used for every skill
    -1-Cycle Combo Damage Comparison

    Wild Shot > Backstep Headshot > 1st Gunhawk > XXX or Western Fire > 2nd Gunhawk > Multi-Headshot > Silver Bullet > Activate Stylish > Fast Draw

*DBR is at Level 20 with 101% Damage through switching

    2-1. Chronicle Setting

This test is done with Full Precise Fire Set. (Eagle Eye potion is used to increase Physical Critical Rate)

    Individual Test:

Conclusion: Lord of Ranger outtakes Silver Bullet with the Chronicle Set.

    1-Cycle Test:

Since Moving Shot is important to Precise Fire Set, Moving Shot was added to calculation (No Silver Bullet for Moving Shot since it was all used up due to Fast Draw).

    Test Result Comparison & Conclusion:

    Lord of Ranger: 1810 + 1606 + 754 + 249 + 224 = 46.43m
    Silver Bullet: 1445 + 1430 + 863 + 287 + 713 = 47.38m

If you don't count Moving Shot, Lord of Ranger is technically better, but can't be excluded with Precise Fire Set. In conclusion, Moving Shot maximizes Silver Bullet's unlimited bullet capability.

    2-2. Epic Setting

These two accessory sets were picked to accommodate the two weapons.

Left Set (For Silver Bullet): +45 Light Damage, +18 All Elemental Damage, 20% Extra Bonus Damage
Right Set (For Lord of Ranger): +177 Water Damage, 18% Extra Bonus Damage

Since Silver Bullet doesn't come with Damage Increase bonus, it can accommodate all Damage Increase, Extra Bonus Damage and All Elemental Damage while as Lord of Ranger wouldn't benefit as much from Damage Increase items.

Left is Lord of Ranger Setting
    Right is Silver Bullet Setting

    Individual Test:

Once again Lord of Ranger takes the top except when it comes to Scud Genocide.

    1-Cycle Test:

    Test Result Comparison & Conclusion:

    Lord of Ranger: 4168 + 3912 + 3789 + 1164 = 130.33m
    Silver Bullet: 3271 + 3029 + 2846 + 1202 = 103.48m

Lord of Ranger comes out on top with roughly 27m difference.
In conclusion, with full epic set, Lord of Ranger leads the race against Silver Bullet.

    FIRST BLOG POST CONCLUSION:
If you just look at the weapons directly, Lord of Ranger is still better choice than Silver Bullet. However, set such as Precise Fire can turn Silver Bullet into a better choice with the bullet usage. But once again, Lord of Ranger is more solid option with full epic set without Precise Fire set bullet usage support for Silver Bullet.

    PART 2

    Will add part two later...

The Last Bullet has some really awesome Ranger videos out. I really wish I spoke.. Korean??... so that I could read some of the stuff he has on his blog, really awesome of you to translate this for us!

I personally would prefer getting the Silver Bullet over the "Ranger Rod" Revolver even if it was only useful with a super-charged moving shot or scud genocide.. Just because I really hate manual inputs in this game, Y-axis too stronk.

That's not macro-ing a skill, that's changing the skill commands. Macro-ing is when you basically press like one button to execute something like >>+z.
