Checking resource manager while playing, my ping to the game goes from around 90 - 110 while in town and in full party to 400 - 500 as soon as we enter the dungeon and so i flash with literally everyone. Can't even hit any monsters, but I can still take dmg and swap gear etc.
Ports are open for party play, different channels and p2p party (in ch34, im connecting to 7212 when i join parties)

Updaete: Tried alot of things including setting a static IP, DMZ etc. Nothing works for me.
To be specific, the problem in dungeon is either me desyncing and not being able to hit any mobs while party members can play normally. Party members can see me sliding around and mobs desyncing, while i see them normally. If mobs aggro me first, then the other party members get desynced and can't hit mobs.

Does the same issue happen when you're in a 2-man or 3-man party?

Yes, though its not always. in 4 man parties, it happens *every* time. Though with my guildies, for the most part, it doesn't.
I found someone else who has the exact same problem as me and we've shared lots of screenshots of resource monitor, wireshark etc and had some friends helping to try fix this issue. We ran a couple dungeons in anton and that's how we found out that only one of us gets desynced and can't hit mobs.
Edit: our ping/down/up speeds on speedtest are almost identical at around 30/8/.85

i ithink it's because your upload speed is really low

I don't think it's upload speed because its not a problem i've always had. I'll probably call up my ISP soon and see whats up.

Are those really your down/upload? Cuz that seems pretty low and might actually be the issue :/

    Don't play rogue

Yes. The point is i used to have no problems with party play before and while nothing has changed with my down/upload speeds, something is very different with my connection in dfo.

yea your speeds seem kind of poor, i have charter and my speeds are 60/8 (i average about 50+ down and 6-8 up)
    i opened ports
    • TCP:10011-10019
    • UDP:5063
and noticed a significant boost in my connections, even people who were "lag switching" me before (you all know what i mean, you can never hit them but all their hits seem to magically connect, you cant juggle them yet they always juggle you) were easier to deal with and seemed more "fair"

Actually the TCP ports now are 10011-10024 due to the new channels (raid etc.).

Did you change OS to Windows 10?

I've never played this game on a non-w10 OS.

I have the same problem sometimes, I can tell even before going in dungeon because sent text doesn't show up immediately in chat.

Have been dealing with this for a long time. I've never had issues in Nexon DFO and duo'ed all the way to cap in early release with no issues. I'm only on 15 down 0.9 connection myself, upgrading net is basically the last thing I can try. I have no reason to believe even a p2p-based game needs more upload, but DFO netcode was pretty much never meant for global. The spikes in data on top of that might demand a beefier connection. Some things I've noticed:
    • Certain dungeons are far worse than others. Thock gas in Void Rift and boss room in old Dark Side desynced me 100% of the time. Guild dungeons (ice2, escort froy in Hall) are probably the worst offenders. I could run Pandemonium scenario just fine with the same group I desynced with in gdun.
    • Upgrading PC helped but not entirely. I used to lock up when I AoE/2nd a large pack, and would always get red flashing. I get minor frame drop on the new build but the red exclamation is more likely to go away after the cast. I can survive 4 people deleting a boss, so I don't think hardware is a serious offender unless you're on a really old PC. Anecdotally, sometimes a far worse laptop performs a dozen times better for no apparent reason.
    • On that note, procs/status seem to be a huge offender. Can't group at all on my DS. I had to take off Pyro bracelet on my Ele because sesto constantly reapplies the burn/immobilize on the whole room. A guild member wears NG and pretty consistently kills my connection. Could just be certain skills.
    • Any kind of filtering or QoS on your router will hurt quite a bit. I had better results after removing my network priority. Things like nagle might hurt more than they help, though I can't stand swapping without it. You want to have really high connection throughput with as little modification as possible.
    • Trying a new OS or reformatting might help, but I highly doubt it. I've always been on W7 64 and formatted/reinstalled DFO plenty of times now.
    • It only helps a tiny bit, but ask for last slot in party. The p2p sort of works in a chain and a weak link in slot1 will get worse as it goes from 1->4.
My issues are a little different from yours, as the connection plays quite well until we hit certain rooms or skills. I've dealt with upload bottlenecks before in other games, my connection would freeze every time I spiked over the threshold. In any other game it recovers quickly, but the way DFO red flash works, you're almost never coming back when you desync a tiny bit. And take the time lion bug as an example, there are a TON of things in this game that send too much data as once.
